Well made - very sturdy construction. Handle works nicely. The only issue I've found with this cart has to do the the fact the the stair rails in the back of the unit do not reach low enough toward the wheels which consequently leaves a small gap for the edge of each stair to fall into as you make your ascent or descent (look closely at the picture). The truck I had previously did not have this problem since the rails on that truck extended all the way down to the wheels. If you use this cart on stairs I recommend going very slowly especially if you're carting sensitive equipment.
The cart is a bit heavy but that doesn't bother me because I like the heavy quality construction. You'd also probably want to replace the elastic strap that comes with the cart with a more robust bungi type chord. I'm using the one off my old cart.
The hand-cart is big, but very durable with strong capacity to carry stuff. Its structure is heavy but because is durable is fine. Good hand-cart.
